Data visualisation shares similar features as good cartography and design, clarity and engagement are at their core. Stories can be told beautifully with maps but can sometimes be explained more elegantly with graphics. 

I have created graphics, animations and videos to tell stories for many years, and have recently undertaken focused data visualisation training at St Martin's Central College of Art.
